SKINNY POOLSIDE DIP
Servings: 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 jalapenos (keep seeds), diced
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1/2 can diced olives, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dip mix
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients and serve with crackers or chips.
HOT TIP: Once, after I had some clams, I steamed them, chopped them up and mixed them in with this leftover dip and then baked it at 350F degrees until bubbly. OMG! So good!
